A workshop series in 4 parts dedicated to setting and realizing goals in a balanced manner. Learn and apply tools which will allow you to live the life you want to live, and learn to transform intention into action.

Goal of this workshop is to help students realize their potential.

Structure 4 classes, 2 hours per class. Once a week over 4 weeks.
Yoga movement, mindfulness meditation, manifestation of our goals, and of our full potential.

Students can expect increased clarity and focus of:

  • the importance of intention
  • yoga and/or other life and professional practices

Therapeutics Goal-setting helps a person get rid of any excess baggage and focus on the important and the essential in life. This can create time and space in one’s life, reduce stress, improve relationships, increase work and personal efficiency, increase creativity, improve confidence and communications skills.
